The double spindle CNC Fuji Lathe CSD300 came to Brawo USA to complete a line of customer dedicated machines that include two trunnion transfer machines (one Gnutti and one Riello).
Our new machine will improve productivity, increase output, and obtain superior quality machined surfaces.
The lathe was tooled-up in partnership our sister company, Lofthouse Manufacturing, and their engineering department who designed and produced the machine’s clamping systems and cutting tools.
The new lathe has a fully integrated CNC gantry robot that ensures speed and dent free handling of parts.
The robot system can operate as a separate unit or in line with one of our other transfer machines.
The robotic system is Fanuc CNC- our partner of choice at Brawo USA since 2004.
