Many years ago, Brawo S.p.A. started a project of continuous improvement based on the application of lean manufacturing techniques.
At the beginning, the project was implemented in some areas of our machining dept.
Step by step it was extended to other areas including our forging dept. with very impressive results.
Today, Brawo’s goal is to minimize everything that does not build value while simultaneously maximizing everything worthy of attention for the company and his customers.
Remove what’s unnecessary, organize items, clean, perform maintenance, making sure these things become habits.
This is our lean approach to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
